Frequently asked questions

Which documents can it read?

Cash-register receipts, retail receipts and invoices. PDF (including multi-page), JPG and PNG can be uploaded.

What is one credit worth?

1 credit = 1 receipt. No credit is charged for unreadable documents.

Do credits roll over to the next month?

No. Each package is valid for 1 month from its purchase date; unused credits reset at the end. Gift credits never expire.

Are my documents stored?

No. Documents are deleted from our servers right after conversion to Excel; they are not archived or shared with third parties.

How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?

Payments are taken by card through the PayTR secure payment infrastructure; credits are added right after confirmation and an e-invoice is sent to your email address.
